First aid will be provided on the day by the Irish Red Cross. You will be provided with an Emergency number to call in the event of a Medical Emergency.
You will also be provided with a Breakdown Number in the event your Bike breaks down. The Service Vehicles will help you with minor mechanical difficulties where possible, however, you should ensure you have your bike properly checked and serviced before turning up for the Cycle.
